Terms of service for Northline Electric — quotes, permit information, scheduling, and website content.
Last updated: July 12, 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to electrical services provided by Northline Electric LLC. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to them.
Our services
Northline Electric LLC is a licensed electrical contractor (NJ Electrical Contractor License 34EI01388240) providing residential, commercial, and subcontract electrical work in Monmouth County + into Middlesex (Central NJ).
We perform electrical work to the National Electrical Code and the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, and we pull the permit and arrange inspection where the law requires one.
Quotes and estimates
Routine service calls and small repairs may be quoted and completed on the spot without a written estimate. A binding price is only established by a written estimate we provide after seeing the work. Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate.
Where a job reveals conditions we could not see beforehand — hidden damage, code violations, or work required by an inspector — we will tell you before doing additional work, and you decide whether to proceed.
Permit and township information on this website
Always confirm current permit requirements and fees directly with the township construction office, or by calling us. We link to the official township source on each town page. We are not responsible for decisions made based on outdated township information published here.
Utility and outage information
Information about electric utilities and power outages is provided for general reference. We are not a utility company. We do not restore grid power. For outages, contact your utility directly using the number on your bill or their official outage line.
Scheduling and emergency service
We offer same-day service and aim to respond to urgent calls promptly. However, response times depend on crew availability, weather, road conditions, and the volume of calls — particularly during widespread storm outages, when demand can exceed any contractor's capacity.
If you are facing an immediate danger — fire, smoke, sparking, or the smell of burning — call 911 first.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your estimate or invoice. Work may be subject to a deposit for materials.
Website content, links, and ownership
The content of this website is provided for general information and is not guaranteed to be complete, current, or error-free. Photographs may show representative work of the type described rather than the specific job or location referenced. We do not present any project photo as a specific customer's job unless it is identified as such.
Reviews shown on this site are drawn from Northline's Yelp and HomeAdvisor profiles and reflect what those customers wrote. They are shown as representative feedback; dates are omitted for brevity.
This site may link to township, utility, and other third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
The text, layout, and images on this website are the property of Northline Electric LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
Limitation of liability (website use)
To the extent permitted by New Jersey law, our liability for any claim relating to your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with the date shown above.
Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. They are the entire agreement between you and Northline Electric LLC regarding your use of this website. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
