SMS & Text Message Terms
Text message terms for Northline Electric — what messages you may receive, how to opt out, and how we protect your mobile information.
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This describes the text-messaging program for Northline Electric LLC — a two-way service and conversational messaging program for our customers. It explains what messages you may receive, how you opt in and out, message frequency and cost, and how we protect your mobile information.
What messages you may receive
If you provide your mobile number to Northline Electric LLC, you may receive text messages related to your electrical work, including:
- Confirmation that we received your request
- Appointment scheduling and reminders
- Notification when our electrician is on the way
- Quotes, estimates, and follow-up questions about your job
- Invoices and payment reminders
These are service and conversational messages about work you asked us to do. This is a two-way program — you can reply to our texts and message us directly about your job, and scheduling, questions, and updates go both ways. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from Northline Electric LLC when you give us your mobile number — by submitting a form on this website, by telling us over the phone, or by providing it when you hire us.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. If you would rather we call or email you instead, just tell us.
How to opt out
You can also call us at (732) 555-0148 or email office@northlineelectric.com and ask us to stop — we honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable method. Opting out will not affect your service; we will contact you by phone or email instead.
